TortoiseSVN 1.7.7 can't connect to repository

When I update from TortoiseSVN 1.7.3
TortoiseSVN 1.7.3, Build 22386 - 64 Bit , 2011/12/16 15:01:39
Subversion 1.7.2,
apr 1.4.5
apr-utils 1.3.12
neon 0.29.6
OpenSSL 1.0.0e 6 Sep 2011
zlib 1.2.5

to 1.7.7
(Sorry don't have exact details, I uninstalled, but see below for Win XP installation details)

I can no longer connect to the repository while inside my company network. Outside the network, it runs fine.
Error is:

Unable to connect to repository at URL
...
SSL Handshake failed: Secure connection truncated.

This also fails (same error) on my windows XP machine, here the installation details are:

TortoiseSVN 1.7.7, Build 22907 - 32 Bit , 2012/05/15 12:16:05
Subversion 1.7.5,
apr 1.4.6
apr-utils 1.3.12
neon 0.29.6
OpenSSL 1.0.1c 10 May 2012
zlib 1.2.7

Are there some ports which I need access to ?
