file names in repo browser are too tiny for my eyes

Hello,

I can't read the file names in the repo browser any more, because I had to switch the resolution of my laptop to 1920 x 1080.

Can I enlarge this font? A registry key hack would be fine for me.

My eyes are not so good any more.
