I really don't know how to document this more clear. Here's the one
sentence describing the /pathfile parameter from our docs:

You can also specify a file which contains a list of paths, separated by
newlines. The file must be in UTF-16 format, without a
*BOM*<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte-order_mark>
.

Now have a look at the files you just sent: they have a BOM. Remove that
and you're fine.
