Firefox cannot open HTML file from Repo Browser - IE9 can

TortoiseSVN: 1.7.7, build 22907 / Windows 7 (x64)

Using the Tortoise SVN Repo browser to look at .html files in the repository.
(This may be a Firefox URL problem)

If I try to Open (or Open With) using default browser (Firefox 13.01),
this does not succeed:
 Firefox can't find the file at
/C:/Users/xxxx/AppData/Local/Temp/xxxxxxxxx-3.html?AVSetups.html-
revHEAD.svn002.tmp.html.

(URL=file:///C:/Users/xxxx/AppData/Local/
Temp/xxxxxxxxx-3.html?AVSetups.html-revHEAD.svn002.tmp.html)

Whereas if I Open With IE9.0.8112.16421, this works:

(URL=C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\AVSetups.html-revHEAD.svn003.tmp.html)
