Client Side Hook Scripts do not work

Hello!
I would like add my executable file as Client Side Hook Script.
I created the file and I tried to run it from the command line.
D:\MyDir\myprogram.exe
The file is executed.
I tried to run it as Client Side Hook Script. There are no signs of execution.

D:\MyDir\myprogram\myprogram.bat
and
WScript "D:\MyDir\myprogram.js"
do not work too.
There were no signs of errors are not displayed.
Where could be the problem?
