Hyperlinks instead of buttons in Commit dialog

Hi!

I just noticed that in the latest version of TSVN (1.7.7)
the "Select all/none" check box was replaced with (hyper)links
above the file list.
Is there a good reason for not using standard buttons?
Can at least they be underlined by default (and in general look like clickable links, like having blue color)?

As they are now they look like static text.

(I am aware MS uses this style since ages, but this is the only place in TSVN I saw this. IMO all buttons should be consistent in they look across the whole application)
