TurtleALM: a new Issue Tracker plugin for HP QC/ALM

It is my pleasure to announce TurtleALM (http://almtools.sourceforge.net/turtlealm/), a new issue tracker plugin for HP QC/ALM (http://www.hp.com/go/alm).
I was able to successfully use TurtleALM for TortoiseSVN and TortoiseGIT - it may work for others in the Tortoise family.
TurtleALM is released in Open Source, under the GNU GPLv2 license and hosted on Sourceforge.net.
