Thanks for looking at this.

Here is a screenshot from the actual project, showing three dialogs.

 - the externals definitions on the root folder
 - the commit dialog from the root folder
 - the commit dialog from one of the externals folders

Note that the EDSIntegrationLib and Repository externals are from the same repository, even though the changes from one show up, and the other does not.

Any hints on how to diagnose this?

I created a test project, defining both "same-repo" and "other-repo" externals, and modification notices showed up as expected.

This project depicted in the screenshot was created quite a long time ago; along with all the externals. EDSIntegrationLib is something created only recently, perhaps just prior to 1.7.

Is there any way to set this right short of recreating the projects?
