I have the following entries for 'tortoiseplink' in my PATH:

C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin\TortoisePlink.exe
C:\Program Files\TortoiseHg\TortoisePlink.exe
C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoisePlink.exe

Perhaps the order is affecting things, but there shouldn't be any trouble finding at least one version of TortoisePlink.

Perhaps there is an incompatibility, and I know I've had such a problem before with TortoiseGit when TortoiseSVN was installed. If each of the Tortoise apps is going to install its own copy of TortoisePlink anyway, perhaps it should try and use the one in its own directory rather than relying on the PATH variable?
