First: exporting such settings won't be implemented in TSVN.
Second: yes, you can "work around" this by exporting/importing the
registry keys you mentioned. But yes, there might be problems with this
approach: this only works properly if the monitor setup and resolution
is exactly the same. If it's not, then the window/dialog positions won't
match anymore (and that's why such a 'feature' will never be implemented
in TSVN).
