SVN+SSH Connection no longer works for me with 1.7.7

I have an svn account which I access using a key pair and Pageant. With the previous version, 1.7.6, connecting to svn worked fine. Today I upgraded to 1.7.7 and now I get this error:

"Unable to connect to a repository at URL
'svn+ssh://svn at svn dot blah dot blah/repo/path'
Can't create tunnel: The system cannot find the file specified."

I know the host and repository are still working, as I had someone else check with their older version of TortoiseSvn, and I know Pageant working with my private key, as I have a Git repo on the same host which I can access without problems.

Any idea what might have changed to cause this? I notice that TortoisePlink is still on 0.61 whereas the original plink.exe is now on version 0.62 - I had some trouble connecting to Git with Pageant at version 0.61 so I don't know if that is related or not.
