Feature Request: Export/Import TortoiseSVN (Window-) Settings

Hello,
whenever I install TSVN on a new computer, I have the "issue" that I don't
like the default window sizes/positions and column sizes (e.g. windows are
too small, columns too narrow, etc). It takes quite some time until each
window is configured to match my preferences.

Therefore, (for me at least) it would be very convenient if TSVN offered a
function to to export and import such settings.

Related question:

The last time I installed TSVN, I tried to work around that problem by
exporting/importing the following registry keys:

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TortoiseSVN\StatusColumns
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TortoiseSVN\TortoiseProc

Question: is this a safe approach/workaround or might this cause some
problems (e.g. when importing settings on a PC with smaller screen, or
using settings from a two-monitor setup on a single-monitor setup)?
