Problem report: can't dismiss "Update Finished!" dialog with close box

With both TortoiseSVN-1.7.7.22907-win32-svn-1.7.5.msi
and TortoiseSVN-1.7.99.22938-dev-win32-svn-1.7.x-dev.msi
under XP SP3

I can't dismiss the "Update Finished!" dialog with a click in the close box,
which does nothing (except for the visual feedback that the close box was
clicked and released). I can still dismiss this dialog with either the "OK"
button, or the enter key.

Noticed that after upgrading from
TortoiseSVN-1.7.6.22632-win32-svn-1.7.4.msi
