Please do not reply to a completely unrelated thread. If you are
starting a new topic, start a new email thread for it. Also, general
questions like this should be on the users mailing list as they have
nothing to do with the development of TortoiseSVN.

What do you mean by "the Tortoise SVN Addin for Visual Studio
software"? TortoiseSVN itself is an explorer extension, not a plugin
for VS, so it works anywhere in Windows that you see and explorer-like
window, i.e. Windows Explorer itself and most open/save dialogs. If
you are referring to a separate plugin for VS that will work with
TortoiseSVN then I don't think there is one. There is a VS plugin
called AnkhSVN but it is not related to this project.
