Add custom menu item

Hello

We have deploy system integrated with subversion. Now for deploy take place our developers must launch bat file which making all deploy, but this is not handy. Our deploy will be more powerful if TortoiseSVN have any way to add custom menu item and when user click on this item custom action will start, and TortoiseSVN will provide some useful information for that action (path in repo for example (URL), file system path), is this possible?
