"Merge all revisions" generates empty log message

The automatic merge message generated on a "merge all revisions" is "Reverse merged revision(s) 1-0 from YYYYY:", without any of the actually merged revision log entries being listed.

Steps to reproduce:
- Create some trunk and branch with stuff to merge.
- Do TortoiseSVN->Merge...->Merge a range of revisions.
- Leave "Revision range to merge" empty.
- Continue Next->Merge.
- Open commit dialog.
- Pick first entry of "Recent Messages".
Result: "Reverse merged revision(s) 1-0 from YYYYY:"

If a specific range gets picked in step three (especially (last-merged-revision+1)-HEAD works), the proper message "Merged revision(s) XXX-XXX from YYYYY:" and the corresponding log lines gets generated.

Version: TortoiseSVN 1.7.6, Build 22632 - 32 Bit
