Log in / register problem

To whom it may concern,

I have not logged in for a while and I do not remember my password anymore. I try the link "forget your password" and got the message that an instruction msg had sent to me.

This is my username: thunguyetng

I believe the email I used before was: thunguyetng_at_mindspring.com

Now, I do not have that email anymore.

I can not register or log in to the site.

Please help me to change my email to: thunguyetng_at_yahoo.comĀ  OR
Delete my username so I can register again OR
Tell me what to do so I can register/log in.
