tortoiseproc /command:revprop /path:"repo-url" /rev:1234

Hello Stefan,

would you consider adding a new command to tortoiseproc that opens the
rev-prop editor dialog?

I've two use cases where that would be very convenient:

1) I store some properties in revision 0 for configuration purposes.
The proposed command would allow to create a link on the desktop for
calling the property editor.

2) from time to time I parse past log messages for proper formating.
The proposd command would allow my parsing script to open the property
editor for objectionable log messages directly.
