Right Click Context Menu Missing

I just recently upgraded my copy to the latest build ... prior to this, i
had I think 1.6.something on here functional and working. After I upgraded,
my right click context menus more or less went away. I still have the
"TortoiseSVN" right click, but my options are "Settings", "Help", and
"About" ... all the other context menus I have chosen don't show up. How do
I get these to show up? If they aren't there, it defeats the purpose of the
tool.

Any help would be much appreciated.
