Pardon my french, but if you look at the screenshot I attached to my
last post you can't really expect people to notice that tiny blue
triangle on the right hand side (where nobody is going to look anyway if
they're just looking for a download button) and interpret it to mean
"Advertisement".

And please don't tell me that the ad in the screenshot isn't a
deliberate deception to make users mistake it for the real download
button they're looking for.

If you really want to be serious at labelling that ad you'd put a
fieldset with 1 pixel black border and the label "Advertisement" around
it, no matter what the ad network does - or rather, almost doesn't.

Sure, you can keep on blaming the users for not taking a minute to
consciously read and understand the whole page, but then you'll also
keep getting posts about deceptive ads to this very list...

Just my 0.02 EUR.
