'Download' ads on tortoise website

Not sure if the tortoisesvn admins are aware, but some really annoying
'download' ads have been showing on the download and update pages for
tortoise svn. Users going to updated have been (almost, I stopped them at
the last second) tricked into installing some download manager unrelated to
tortoise svn.. I've lodged complaints about the ads with google (adchoices)
but I think you can get them blocked from appearing on your site, and I
think you should.
