Hi Peter!

Did you check Settings -> Icon Overlays -> Exclude Paths and
Include paths?
In my setup only directories below d:\SVN are checked
for overlays (exclude = *, include = D:\svn\*),
so if I put a working copy to
D:\somewhere\else\wcroot, no overlays would be displayed
until i put the root dir into the include paths section.
