I misunderstood when you said you had installed the Apache server -
you mean just Apache, not the subversion plugin for it. In that case
you are probably better off installing svnserve instead if it is for a
small group. I used the CollabNet installer which sets it up for you.
Obviously you still need to add users, but that is fairly easy to do.
