Could not retrieve URL of the file

I am getting "Could not retrieve URL of the file" error when I create tag from revision via Log Messages window.

My steps:
Open Repo-browser
Select a project trunk
Right click and "Show log"
Select the top revision in the list
Right click and Create branch/tag from revision

What does this mean?

I was able to tag the project using svn command client.

Server: CollabNet Edge 2.1.1 (Subversion 1.7.1)
Client: TortoiseSVN 1.7.5, Win7 64bit
