Using /bin directory to run svnserve

HI -- Since the CLI tools are now include in TSVN 1.7, I'd like to know what files I would need to copy from the /bin directory to a server that will run svnserve.

I'm guessing I don't need all the files there but don't know which ones I absolutely DO need, other than svnserve.exe
