Please quote some context in your replies so that others know what you
are talking about.

The short answer is no, because subversion does not support such a
feature and is very unlikely to do so ever.

Why is it any easier to enter 50 separate file log messages than it is
to make 50 separate commits? How do you get to the point where you
have made 50 unrelated changes without committing anything?
