Configure Tortoise to edit a file with a specific program

Hello,

I want to use TortoiseSVN for a work with a friend to do a soft in C
language.

The problem is that when I click on Edit in the Repository Browser to modify
my C file, Tortoise opens Notepad but I want it opens CodeBlocks.

How can I configure TortoiseSVN to do that ?
