You might have to wait a long time since it is not yet proven that it
is a bug. I think a lot of people would have noticed if their TSVN
installation didn't work at all. Sounds like your install failed in
some way. You could just try installing 1.7.5 again.

BTW It seems you are using _svn rather than .svn as the metadata
directory. That is still sort of supported now, but only by editing an
environment variable SVN_ASP_DOT_NET_HACK. The problem that it deals
with has been fixed in ASP.NET for many years now.
