How to automated labels

At my company, we have a serious problem!

We need to versionate not only the project but also each object inside
this project.
I think about an automated that when we alter an object this label:
for example:
  1 - object.java -> label 1.0
  2 - user change the object
  3 - object.java -> label 1.1

To conclud, i need a label working as a version for object.
