Hi,

after reinstalling TortoiseSVN I had still the problem. To get it running I uninstalled TortoiseSVN, removed all remaining registry entries and finally reinstalled the TortoiseSVN. After a reboot all overlay icons were visible. So it seems to be an installation issue with x64 installer.
