I posted something about this a few weeks ago and had the same problem.
I'm guessing you are using the machine name in your repo path. If you
use the server's actual IP address (or localhost if the server is on the
same machine) it was OK. I was using Visual SVN as the server on a 64bit
Windows7 machine, so not sure if this is a TSVN problem, or VSVN, or
Windows7. FYI the original email title was 'Machine name in URL causes
repeat entries when browsing the repo':
