I am not certain what else to provide.
Repo Browser 1.6.x = 5.2 seconds to open root URL (same time as 'svn ls
svn+ssh://SVNRoot' from command line)
Repo Browser 1.7.x = 52 seconds to open root URL (10X as long)
I have tried installing 1.7.5, same slow results, then downgrading to
1.6.16 which is fast.
This is not a network issue. Something is wrong with the 1.7.x browser.
