We did notice this too with some of our users who jumped the gun and
upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.7 before the server upgrade happened.
I assumed there was some issue between TortoiseSVN 1.7 and Subversion
Server 1.6. We advised everyone not to upgrade their client until the
server was done.
But now we're seeing the issue even though the server is upgraded.
Thanks,
