Apply patch marks deleted files as "missing"

Hi,

When applying a patch (generated from a SVN 1.7 client) that includes
deleted files, the TSVN Merge client is marking those files as "missing",
rather than "deleted".

Applying the same patch with the SVN command-line client correctly marks
them as "deleted".
