Update looks for old MSI but it

Trying to update TortoiseSVN from 1.6.16 (build 21511 64-bit) to the most recent. But first it tries to uninstall the old version but can't find the old MSI (TortoiseSVN-1.6.16.21511-x64-svn-1.6.17.msi) so I can't update. Any way to get the old msi?
