Allow us to sort the "recent messages" dialog

I have a few usability improvement requests for the "recent messages"

1) Allow us to simply sort by either "last used date" or "message" by
clicking on a column header. Obviously, you'd have to add something
clickable above the list like your "Check: All None Non-Versioned..."
options on the "commit" dialog in 1.7. Or add column headers.

2) Give us a fast filter/search box where we type in a few characters
and it only displays message strings that match what we've typed in.

Yes, it's a dangerous choice in some ways because lazy developers would
find it easy to recycle the same old log message over and over, but
that's a training / discipline issue.
