SubWCRev ShortPath Name Bug

Hello TortoiseSVN Team,

My IDE uses the DOS 8.3 short path names.
I use SubWCRev in the make file to generate the about.h file from
template. But it fails.

If I run it in the cmd shell with LongPath names it works fine.
If I run it in the cmd shell with ShortPath names, it fails with:
"Unable to open input file ..."

Version: TortoiseSVN-1.7.4.22459-x64-svn-1.7.2.msi
