Error Statistics.NetworkStatistics Servicestatistics

I was trying to look at the statistics on the local host web page. (Collabnet Subversion Edge - http:\\localhost:3343/csvn).

Niether of the links produce any reports (Throughtput Rates Chart or Disk Space Chart).

I looked in the console log and see this error:

[quartzScheduler_Worker-2] ERROR statistics.NetworkStatisticsService - An error occurred while capturing the Network statistics for 'net8': The system cannot find the file specified.

There are a number of workers listed.

I could not find information on this error. What file am I missing or have I not set something up correctly?
