Apply Patch raises %temp% is not a working copy

Hello!
When using "Apply Patch" the error "c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\temp is
not a working copy" is raised.

E:\src_project is a valid working copy with local modifications.
E:\src_project_ is a valid working copy of the same repo with non local mods.

I created a patch on e:\src_project with "Create patch" -> Save to Clipboard
I wanted to apply it to e:\src_project_ with "Apply patch". Therefore I
navigated to e:\, right clicked src_project_ entry and chose "Apply Patch".
The above error was raised. I tried to enter into the dir, that means the
explorer pointed to e:\src_project_ now, right clicked in free area and chose
"Apply Patch". This worked. Where is the difference / error?

Thanx
Joja
