http://subversion.apache.org/ is the main site for SVN.

Downgrade of what?

To downgrade TSVN, remove any 1.7 release, install the latest 1.6
release and newly checkout your working copies.

The working copies already migrated to release 1.7 can't be downgraded.

It might be easier to get a patch for the subversion library, but thats
depending on a patch available from Apache, which can be incorporated by
Stefan K.
