I did a fresh checkout using 1.7.1 and for a while did not have any
issues. But now SVN Update resulted in this error again:

 In file 'D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.7.1\ext\subversion

 line 1582: assertion failed (action == svn_wc_conflict_action_edit ||
action
 == svn_wc_conflict_action_delete || action ==
svn_wc_conflict_action_replace)

Looks like there is a bug updating mixed-depth WCs.
