"Login as" dialog pops up even after using Pageant to store the ssh key

I have a Windows machine, where TortoiseSVN is installed. I use Pageant to
store the key. This setup has worked previously so when I open the
repo-browser (svn+ssh://username@svn/repository) it does not ask me for any
login or password.

However this morning it has begun asking me for my login name ("login as").
I have made no changes to TortoiseSVN or Pageant since the last time I used
it. The only thing that has changed is that some new top-level directories
have been created in the SVN repository (via a "svn import"). There is also
nothing for me to delete in the registry (following the article
http://old.nabble.com/Bug-with-TortoisePlink-td18812277.html). I've
restarted my machine, added the key in Pageant again, but the "login as"
dialog continues to pop up when I run repo-browser. When I do enter in my
username several times, I am able to see the repository, so this is not a
permissions problem.

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue or found a solution?

Thanks
