Bug: upgrading to new WC format in folders with special chars

Hi,

after updating to TSVN 1.7.3, I started to convert all my WC to the new
format.
Everything was fine so far, until I wanted to convert
C:\Users\Norbert\Arbeit\FDA\Safir+
where the explorer context menu looks like it was a new WC (i.e. Commit,
Update, etc. are visible), instead of displaying "SVN Upgrade working copy".
The overlays are not displayed in this state.

Renaming the folder to
C:\Users\Norbert\Arbeit\FDA\Safir
solves the problem.
I renamed the folder to the "+" variant after conversion, and everything
seems OK.
