Version 1.7.3.22386-x64 slow when browsing, hangs

Hi,

I just upgraded to version 1.7.3.22386-x64. I've been using Tortoise
SVN for a while before this upgrade to work with the WordPress
repository.

When I tried to browse the repository after installing the upgrade, I
couldn't do it. Right-clicking Tortsoise SVN --> Repo Browser and
selecting the url (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/my-plugin-here)
brought up the repo browser window with the message "Please wait while
the repository is initializing". That message has been up there for
maybe 10 minutes now. The previous release was relatively quick, and
would show the list of folders within ~10-20 seconds.

The folder I'm trying to browse has 6 folders inside it and no
files.

Can anyone offer advice on what to do to troubleshoot this?
