Bug:auto-properties not created in commit window

Ever since SVN 1.7.x I've noticed a bug in auto-properties not being added to new files when added via the commit window.

To recreate:

1) Set up some auto-properties
2) Commit a directory containing a new directory which itself contains new files
3) The new folder will show in the commit windows as 'non-versioned'
4) Right click on the non-versioned folder, select 'Add...'
5) Ensure all files are selected and the enable auto-properties checkbox is set
6) Click OK
7) Right click on one of the newly added files inside the new directory and select properties.
8) You will see none of the auto-properites have been applied
