Right-Click Refresh not working in Repo Browser correctly

When you right-click and choose Refresh in the Repo Browser, files
shown in the right pane that have been updated do not show the latest
revision. However, if you refresh by hitting F5, the right pane is
correctly updated with the latest revision of files.

Here are the steps to re-create this issue:

1. Create a working copy from any URL
2. Open the repository browser and a view the URL used in step 1.
3. Modify and commit a file located under the URL in step 1.
4. Go back into the Repo Browser, right-click on the URL in step 1
and choose Refresh. Notice the new revision created in step 3 is
still not shown.
5. Hit F5 from the same URL used in Step 4 and you will now see the
revision created in step 3

This was tested using TortoiseSVN 1.7.3, Build 22386 - 64 Bit ,
2011/12/16 15:01:39.

Thanks,
Todd
