Since the 1.7 release, there wasn't one single mail on this list that
indicated that a reboot was required. Those posts all are from the 1.6.x
releases and before - and that installer showed a dialog at the end to
force a reboot.
So as you can see: it doesn't matter whether we make the dialog as big
as the screen - users don't reboot even if they're hit with a stick.
