On Win7, you can't close the dialog with OK with such a path, because it
shows an error dialog that this path does not exist.
On XP, you can close the dialog but it behaves as if you did not specify
a valid path, i.e. no path is returned.

This works fine on both XP and Win7 for me.
Of course only if X:\foo actually exists.
