Interesting; I can't make mine do that. No matter what case I use when opening the Explorer window (and then opening a command prompt from it via shift-right-click) or when using the CD command at the command line, it always sets the working directory to the correct case. And even specifying subdirs to act on with the wrong case (eg. "svn st subDiR" doesn't break it. Only the TSVN GUI seems to break in my case.

Might be related to the Windows version? I'm using Win7 x64.
