Unable to perform Tortoise shell extension commands on single files since 1.7.x

Since version 1.7.x of TortiseSVN for windows (32-bit), I'm unable to perform certain commands through windows shell extensions.

Commands like Commit, Revert or Update doesn't work anymore when you right click a single file on the working copy folder.
In order to successfully get one of the commands working, it's nescessary to right click on the containing folder and mark the desired file.

When trying to perform the command directly on a file, a tortoise window is displayed and the listview displays no file (File list is empty).
I hope you can reproduce and fix this

Thanks and Regards,
Fábio
